I bought a 3.5 l pet water dispenser which developed an issue and the Oneisall rep, Olivia, was quick to respond, remedy the problem and completely replace the unit. Excellent Customer Service! Excellent customer service and support from Andrea! I had an issue with my Oneisall cat water fountain, which suddenly stopped working. After contacting customer support, Andrea was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. She provided clear instructions and troubleshooting guidance to try to resolve the problem. When the issue couldn’t be fixed, she kindly arranged a replacement at no additional cost. Customer Service on point
Well, I have a Oneisall pet clipper vacuum already, so what's better than having one with 3 dogs.....but having 2. I ordered the cordless version with hopes of it being a quick trim/hair cut with no cords..... not the case. My dogs have long hair and I didn't believe the vacuum was enough to handle the task at had. I reached out to customer service for Oneisall, I was helped by Andrea. She made the return/exchange seamless. Great communication with customer service in mind.

Outstanding Service
I purchased a clipper for my dogs feet and it works really well. My dog passed shortly after that and it was a year before I got a new dog. By then the clipper needed to be charged and I realized that the wrong cable came with it. After connecting with Sue at Oneisall , who was more than helpful and very kind at the same time, she sent a replacement. Clipper is in use again !!!! Thank you.
Broken Litter Box - Replaced
Our Litter Box had broke and we had broken pieces in the motorized wheel. We reached out to customer service and Sue has helped us through our issue. She has been great! Super helpful, kind, and made sure we got a new litter box right away! Even after we received the box she followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. The process was smooth and it was all thanks for Sue!

Andrea was my representative that I spoke with by email and over the phone. I was having trouble with one of my litter boxes and we were unable to resolve the issue. They are sending out a replacement immediately. A company that stands behind their product is rare nowadays I will stick with oneisall from here on out.

Andrea. Andrea made my experience great! I purchased the water with a year's supply of filters earlier this year. I also purchased the dry food dispenser with dessicant packs. The dry food dispenser is working great! Unfortunately, the water pump stopped working on the water dish. I contacted Oneisall, and before I could even finish my responsibilities on this end Andrea already had a new pump being shipped to me. It should be here soon. Thank you, Andrea, for all your help!!! Edit 10/08/2026: Holy COW! They didn't send just the pump. They sent a whole new dish! Oneisall ROCKS!!!
