Andrea. Andrea made my experience great! I purchased the water with a year's supply of filters earlier this year. I also purchased the dry food dispenser with dessicant packs. The dry food dispenser is working great! Unfortunately, the water pump stopped working on the water dish. I contacted Oneisall, and before I could even finish my responsibilities on this end Andrea already had a new pump being shipped to me. It should be here soon. Thank you, Andrea, for all your help!!! Edit 10/08/2026: Holy COW! They didn't send just the pump. They sent a whole new dish! Oneisall ROCKS!!!
