Broken Litter Box - Replaced
Our Litter Box had broke and we had broken pieces in the motorized wheel. We reached out to customer service and Sue has helped us through our issue. She has been great! Super helpful, kind, and made sure we got a new litter box right away! Even after we received the box she followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. The process was smooth and it was all thanks for Sue!
