I purchased a Oneisall automatic cat litter cleaner and had an issue with it. I contacted Oneisall customer support, and they responded immediately. I explained what was going on, and within just a few days they sent me a brand-new replacement. I was very impressed with their customer service. They didn’t hesitate to take care of the problem and clearly stand behind their product. I had the replacement within a week. Excellent customer support, and I would definitely recommend Oneisall and their products.

Excellent customer service.my ordered has been missing and I contacted them. They let me know the missing item has been on the way then few days later got the email to follow up from Andrea to check if I've received the filters which I haven't at the time so she kindly and quickly solved the issue within minutes sent me free of charge replacement with express delivery as the fillter of my cat fountain needed to change. I'm truly appreciated and very impressed with her professional skills and her acknowledgement to follow up to check if the issues has been solved at the first place which I not normally see the customer service like this theses days in many companies out there . My fountain's pump quit working, so I reached out to ask how I could get a replacement. I had a response within 24 hours and before I could even order a new one, Andrea set me up with a replacement and I received it rather quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, understanding and professional.
