I had an issue with my auto litter box. ANDREA with Oneisall was very helpful and are sending a replacement. I love my Oneisall litter box. I looked at other brands, but Oneisall seemed the safest. There is no chance of my cats getting hurt as could happen in other brands. I really appreciate the customer service I received.
