I was seeing for years the beautifull pictures that Rotita was posting to grave the attention of people and finally I decided to step in and purchase two of the ones that I have seen that were very nice and I liked the most, so I purchased them. When they arrived I was astonished as the blauses didn't reflect the pictures that I was always seeing and the material was very poor. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANY ITEMS FROM ROTITA ANYMORE AND BE CAREFULL AS WHAT THEY SHOW IN THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVED.

Impossible to return orders

Quality and fit was not great but absolutely impossible to get a response from them regarding a return. Downloaded their app as thought it would be easier to communicate through it. Paid the return postage via their app but unable to return as Australia post does not recognise their return UK address or their 2 x US return addresses(not complete addresses). Multiple emails and chats not responded to. NEVER AGAIN

Stop sending me spam emails

Stop sending me spam emails. I was originally targeted in a spam bomb to hide a fraudulent use of my credit card to book a hotel. Despite repeatedly attempts to stop them contacting me they send multiple unwanted emails.

Unethical company - do not purchase anything from them

Never received items after multiple shipments. They won't reship because the tracking (which has no detail at all) shows it was delivered. At one point one of the reshipments stated it was delivered in Kentucky - I live in Washington state. Customer service is not helpful. I asked for a refund and they just kept telling me they would put it on my "account." I argued that if they were willing to do that, why wouldn't they just refund me? This was after me giving them the benefit of the doubt of reshipping. They never provided proof of delivery, and kept telling me to go to the post office (which I did two times). Product hadn't shipped until I asked for a refund 3 weeks after they had my money, and it took so long to get responses that it took two months just to get a credit I will never use. Terrible, unethical company.

Relentless spam emails

I have never ordered from here but have been spammed constantly, over 70 emails in a month. Have followed the 'unsubscribe' button several times and yet they continue, have addressed this on the live chat and been assured emails would stop, but they continue. Have now made a formal data breach complaint and will be reporting to the ICO if it still doesn't stop.

Scammers and spammers. They try to use Revolut branding for their clothing shop, send out unsolicited spam. Beware of this company.

I've never heard of this company and now receive daily emails from them. Massive spammers. I've checked the email headers and the emails look legit.

They started sending daily spam to my email without my authorization. I have tried to "unsubscribe" several times but the they keep sending me these garbage spam emails. Avoid these scammers!!!!
