Terrible customer service
Please avoid this company, terrible customer service. Ordered a number of items, wish I had not. 2 bikinis exactly the same size but different colours, one was too small. Tried to exchange all items, the company were going to charge me another £12 plus £7 postage to do this. Spoke to Sowshi, who fobbed me off with lie after lie, promising me an email within 2 days (week later, still no email), told me the QR code on the label would work without a printer (all the way to the post office and it did not). I have now returned at my own cost for a full refund but anticipate more problems. Will raise a dispute with my card company if so. Spent hours trying to sort the issue with Sowski and by email, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Clara was great. She was very patient as I tried to figure out the uploading of the pictures I took and walked me through the whole process and over agin when I had problems. Because of her and her actions, I will us Modlily again.

I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered a swimsuit and it has not arrived yet, it has been 2 months, I wrote for a refund, no one has answered me, I can't do anything because even though I keep writing for a refund, no one calls me. The company is cheating people. Please be careful!!!!

I ordered several swimsuit with a unique problem. Used Chat to speak with Sowshi. I sent pictures of the suit I ordered versus what I was sent and explained there are two directly from the armpits to the breasts with seam poking out at the nipples. I sent two pictures of what I ordered and what I received and then was asked for a third photo. This was CLEARLY explained. Then I received text “the color is the same” …. Never mentioned a color? Then just never responded back. My mistake I ordered four suits. Only one was as I expected. So I honestly would never order again as they lack customer service. Then the details of returns differ from when you place the order. Contacting credit card company and let them handle it. So disappointed!
