False advertisements. Hard to get refunds.

In December 2024, The website advertised dresses with 3/4" sleeve Cardigans, on the phototype models pictured and in the order descriptions. I ordered two different dresses with cardigans, and both came with polyester printed open jackets that matched the dress material, which was thin and not well fitting as pictured on the model. One of the dresses was supposed to be sage green and came in as blue. Rotita did not refund my account for the amount I paid for the blue dress. They discounted the price to a current sale price. Yet later I would see the price of the dress higher than what I paid. Although I kept the pink dress I needed for a wedding that I was to participate in, and I also kept a black snowman shirt that was included in the order. they also subtracted $9.99 for shipping/handling, even though I paid to return the blue dress. Beware that you may not receive the clothing item as pictured or described, and you will not receive a full refund. I had to contact PayPal, because Rotita tried to force me to take a store credit. This is not only false and fraudulent advertising, but also poor business management.

As Others Have Noted Scam Company

Company appears to be a scam. Billed me saying item shipped 1/2/25 yet 36 days later still cannot track where it is in transit. Have followed up multiple times to ascertain when it will delivered, all to no avail. Have cancelled the order and their on line chat says it cannot be canceled as it has shipped. Not possible to speak to anyone. Numerous negative reviews on multiple sites as well as BBB.

Dull Diaper Drawers

Ordered a bathing suit for an upcoming holiday. It took a very long time to arrive. When I finally received my order, the colors on the bathing suit were very dull and looked worn out unlike the vibrant colors they show online when ordering. Sizing is way off! The bottoms are ridiculously huge.... They resemble a diaper 🤣 Don't waste your time or money buying from this site.

Christmas jumpers

I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers to wear at Christmas and they never arrived. I have paid for them last month! The delivery company said they had returned them to sender but the company has not informed me that they have received the parcel or given me a refund yet!

I ordered a sweat shirt for a Christmas gift. 2 weeks later they never gave it to USPS. I checked the tracking number. USPS said waiting on item. The only way you can contact Rotita is by email and they take forever to respond and blame USPS without even looking into the situation. This is after multiple emails over a week. When you do a live chat all they do is put in a email claim for them to email you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

90 days later no order arrived

Ordered and 90 days later package has not arrived. Tracking was ridiculously hard and customer service offered 1/3 refund?! After many insane offers for anything but a FULL refund, I had to threaten a charge back through credit card d to get my money refunded. PS: you can go Temu or Shein and get these styles for 90% less.

Very disappointed with their choice of delivery courier (micro express) which did not put my delivery in a SAFE PLACE. And if you read their reviews one after the other say the same thing…not left in a safe place. My parcel was left out in the open on my doorstep for everyone to see passing by. There is no fence, trees, planters etc…nowhere to hide. It is so open you can see it from down the road. They may as well have left it in the middle of the road….needless to say it was stolen! When I did advise Rotita and I SENT FOOTAGE FROM MY SECURITY CAMERA, I was left in limbo with constant emails asking me to check with my post office and check your yard etc… Then they requested an email that appeared to resemble a statutory declaration. But then they would constantly return that email saying there was no body in the email and could I resend. I did this at least 5 times. The email I sent them would return with my Hello... then there was a void where my message should have been ending withmy Regards …and signature. I realised I had been cutting and pasting and finally worked out it was probably designed to disappear when sent. So DON'T CUT AND PASTE!! I then sent a message I typed manually and was finally given a refund. (I had also told them in that last email that I was following procedure as given to me by Paypal) This saga from purchase to settlement was a horrendous 5-6 weeks, waiting for delivery, told by them it had been delivered, sending emails back and forth, trying to contact Sowisha? online chat (which they closed off to me early in the piece) getting repeated messages telling me iIT HAS BEEN DELIVERED and me trying to send repeatedly the email (stat dec) they requested. It was totally a GAME they were playing. Everything is online or email… and they could cease the online chat when all the while they were thanking me for my patience and that everything would be sorted…dont worry! Oh and asking me at that stage to rate their service when nothing had yet been done. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I vowed never to use this company again. Not worth the heartache… you be the judge!

They were very quick to respond to my emails. When I thought a delivery had gone missing. After dealing with USPS, I thought it had been stolen. They were quick to offer me a choice of solutions. Turns out the husband had collected and forgot to inform his wife!! I didn't need a solution from them and was quick to let them know. This company is very easy to deal with and I love their clothing!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely disgusting company. They get away with not sending a refund by telling you the product was returned stained with a bad smell. There are several reviews on here to cinfirm. They they then send a picture that does not bear a resemblance to what you returned nor the condition it was sent in. Then when they eventually offer a gesture but only in store credit regardless if you confirming you would never use again. Steer clear of this site at all costs. And before you ask for my order number so you can 'look into it', don't bother and lie about that too!!
