I want to return 2 out of the 3 items ordered. One item had a stain on. They just don't respond to my emails - I don't know where to return. Just keep getting "tickets" but have no clue what they are for or what to do with them. Very disappointed - no service at all

Ordered 3 swimsuits

Ordered 3 swimsuits, one was obviously used since it came with menstrual stains on the bottom, second suit the bottom was torn about 6 inches. Third suit is perfect, customer service was helpful, but I find it really disgusting they sold used suit as new.

I cannot comment on their goods as I placed my order near a month ago and although the money was taken immediately, I have still not received my goods, nor any indication when it may arrive. I attempted to contact customer services and after waiting for over 40 minutes for a response on their live chat, I gave up. What a bitter disappointment.

I ordered bathing suit on June 5th and still have not got an email so I can track my order but the money has been deducted from my account. I don't know if I am being ripped off or not. Has anyone else had this problem? Also I live chat and now they won't even answer me. So discussed!!!!

I sent several messages and still had not heard back - I wanted a refund and i wanted them to respond and send me the shipping label so i can send it back to them. NEVER worn - the zipper does not go up and down freely - very difficult to zip. the dress i want to return and get a refund on is Smocked Ditsy Floral print round neck dress. their response was: "Sorry that item has already been processed for an exchange, so returns cannot be processed again. And we can refund you 20% of it to your store account on the website as compensation." Why would someone want 20% of the cost of the item in a store account??? I will never order from them again. they do not have customer friendly policies. I am a very disgruntled customer and will never buy from them again!!!

I ordered bathing suits from this company. I always wear a small and when I received them, they were not well sized and a bit tight. It really took quite a long time to get my order. Also, one of the shirts was a small and WAY too big so beware of their sizing. I contacted the company about exchanging sizes and all they would do after alot of emails was give me 45% back on the order towards future orders but I will not deal with this company again.

Rotita is a typical Chinese company. Numerous "promises" were made that did not materialize. My order was not processed, let alone sent. I finally called my credit card company and they removed the charge.

Absolute garbage!!!

Absolute garbage!!! The clothing is cheap and shoddy. It doesn't fit well - too tight around the bust and loose around the waist. The fabric is cheap and uncomfortable. I decided to keep one item and went to return the others - they gave me a HUGE run around. I still haven't received my full refund after several months. They gave me some back but only after I made a stink. I'm still going after them for the rest of the money. DO NOT BUY.

I've been working with Sowshi to help update my order. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same items in error then saw that I ordered the wrong size. She stepped in to make sure my order would be corrected and that I would be refunded for the duplicate bathing suit I ordered. I really appreciate her customer service
