What people say
Beautiful but bunches up
The rug is beautiful, and the design looks as great in our lounge room as we anticipated. The only drawback is the underlying pad bunches up (it has a lasting groove in it from where it was folded) and makes the rug on top bunch up too. Easy to trip over. We haven’t found a solution to this yet.

The rug is great and I love it but it was unable to be delivered to my door or even my town. Customer service did try to help but it was quicker for me to drive the hour into the city to collect it so I did so. It's not like other rugs that you roll up, I guess this is what makes it able to go in the wash. It doesn't move on our wooden floors either. It's not thick like traditional rugs but the other attributes make it very clever.

Nice rugs, unstable rug pads
I have a few Ruggable rugs and I think they're great. However, the three runners that I bought recently (with rug pads) don't sit securely on the floorboards, but keep moving. The floorboards are oiled not polished. So I can't understand why this is happening, but it is quite disconcerting. I would hesitate to buy more runners using this structure.
Fast delivery and beautiful rug.
