We love our rug and the pattern is exactly as advertised. No issues with delivery. The hardest part was choosing which rug, as there were so many lovely patterns and colours. I would have given 5 stars except for one annoyance, which is the amount of advertising emails (before and after sale!).
I purchased a hallway runner of which there were many choices. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was reasonably quick. When I received it I was pleased that the colours were very close to what I had expected and the quality was excellent. I would recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a rug.

This is my 3rd purchase. Love love my rugs. Hubby tested the wash ability of the kitchen runner. Dropped a large container of beetroot on it. Honestly it looked like a crime scene. Removed excess juice and put the runner into the washing machine and prayed to the rug gods that it would come out clean. It did. Soooo happy.

I ordered my rug on the 7th March and received it on the 14th. I was sceptical about the delivery initially after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The rug washes well. Colours are a bit dull than the pics but it doesn’t matter to me. I don’t need the rug underlay. As the rug sits well and a cheap rug corner holder would have done the trick effectively. It was an unnecessary expense.
Beautiful rug, we love it! Perfect for the bedroom as it is darker, it is also thin enough to go under the door which is what we needed. We 100% recommend this brand

I bought the Star Wars Corellian Ikat Black all in one tufted rug. I am extremely happy with the quality, look and, feel of the rug. It arrived in 2 weeks which was fast considering an estimated time of 4 to 7 weeks as listed on the site. I will definitely buy more Ruggable rugs in the future. Well worth the money!
Rug is great. Customer service was shocking. No responses. 6 weeks to get a rug with awful communications. Really put us off anther rug so we will be looking elsewhere.
