I booked 2 lower bunks but was given 2…

I booked 2 lower bunks but was given 2 upper ones. Very uncomfortable and horrible toilet! More details need to be given to foreigners using this train service

Helsinki to St Petersburg Tickets

Needed tickets from Helsinki to St Petersburg and back on the high speed train. RussianTrains handled the transaction beautifully! Will definitely use them again.

Booking process very easy

Booking process very easy. Although we ordered tickets well ony advance they turned up as stated in my email in box on time. One required an email query and this was answered within 24 hours. We have not received any offers or discounts for this review. We haven't travelled either.

Very efficient and fast service! I even tried another site a couple of minutes before to buy a ticket, and there was not all the times available nor the time I wanted (at 7 in the morning). So I switched to your site and the timetable was complete! Good idea to give a receipt in English but a ticket in Russian ! This way, I will just have to show it to the employees at the station and the will guide me to my train! Looking forward to travel from Moscow to St-Petersburg next December! Thanks again!
