Hi Steve! Appreciate the review and understand your frustration on shipping and want to explain why you had to pay $23.50. We do offer cheaper shipping options on items that are in stock, but there are certain parts including the part you ordered that we are not allowed to stock and have to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those are what we call special order parts and those have a set shipping price of $23.50. I just wanted you to know there is no profit in this shipping here, you are charged exactly what we are charged to get this special order item to you.
Got the right part, in a timely fashion, and after contacting them, communications were great. Just wished the "in process" info was faster, more precise.
Every time I called concerning my washing machine the technicians were extremely helpful and courteous. They understood my explanations and guided me through many troubleshooting areas. They were a great help.
Hi James, our records indicate this was delivered today. It looks like your ordered it to be shipped standard shipping on the 10th and we shipped it out the next day. The UPS tracking states the label was created on the 11th but it is the holiday season, so standard shipping does tend to have delays during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do hope you understand once it leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier. We do offer express shipping at check out if you do need the part shipped quickly, but standard shipping we usually estimate anywhere from 3-10 days.

Ordered a part on 23 October
Ordered a part on 23 October, it is now 6 November, and there is NO UPDATE on Shipping and they use an APP called SHOP, which does not track anything.
I've contacted them twice and they say. "we don't see a shipping tracking number on this but should ship soon"
2 Weeks to just SHIP a part, is totally unacceptable.
Cannot give a good rating since it seems that there is no way to even know if this is a legitimate company. BE CAREFUL
Great to find a company that is so responsive. Quick with shipping and no hassles. The part was perfect and my customer was very happy that his washer was fixed so quickly. I will be a repeat customer.
