Sherri, we appreciate the review and feed back on pricing. The manufacturer sets the prices on their products and we try to keep them as low as possible for our customers.

Audrey, thanks for leaving a review! We apologize your item was damaged in transit but glad to hear you got shipped a new one right away. Unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse, its in the hands of third party carriers and they don't always handle with as much care as we would hope!
Very happy
The tiny piece I ordered fit perfectly, and it arrived much sooner than I expected.
The lint trap arrived broken
The lint trap arrived broken, unusable. Still waiting on our replacement, I would suggest not shipping it in a envelope and maybe in a box with padding around it.

Diane, we are bummed to see the 1 star review when we acted fast to ship you a new one as soon as we heard it was delivered broken by a 3rd party carrier (USPS). Since you have PO Box delivery address, we can only ship USPS rather than more reliable shipping company like UPS. We appreciate your feedback about providing more secure packaging. I do hope the rest of your experience was satisfactory ie. finding the part you need on our website, customer service, etc.

Happy to find the replacement lint filter
I was able to find the replacement lint filter with very little trouble. Don't like the way it hopped around from the first dist. to the shopping app. It was expensive in my opinion, but everything is these days due to tariffs that are passed on to the consumer...thanks usa
Not Happy
Part was wrong and shipping for a half ounce piece of plastic was outrageous

Easy to access website, and products. Super fast shipping and delivery. Happy to have found a new dryer filter for my RV dryer. Couldn't be happier!
Dryer dries!!
The product shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and was relatively easy to install. Will purchase from rvwashersdryers.com again should I have further issues with my Splendide washer or dryer.
