I just ordered my first kit! I reached out to email support because I was being routed to the wrong page when scanning the QR Code (I had the wrong email connected to the profile) I sent an email out at 7:46am and at 7:48am Dave got back to me with the solution to my problem. Great customer service!
I had a malfunction and was unable to successfully obtain a sample. I contacted the Rythm’s customer service line via text where I was connected to Brynn, after notifying them of what happened, I was given a full replacement package free of charge so I may continue to monitor my blood and health levels. Brynn, showed exceptional customer service and thanks to him/her I have faith in this company and will be a lifetime customer! Thank you Rythm and thank you Brynn for helping me navigate this obstacle with ease!

Two of the blood makers were not read…
Two of the blood makers were not read during my last test. Support at Rythm health responded right away and asked if these were important this time. I explained that I had a doctors appointment and these would be important. They agreed to send a retest and I will be very prepared for my appointment. The tests have already showed huge improvements in my values. This process really works! Thank Rythm!!!
