Rhythm has been a great experience for me so far. One of my biomarkers was not on my results I reached out and Charles immediately offered to send a new kit to retest. The whole process took about 2 mins. Im very impressed with rhythms customer service and them as a company in general.

So far Rythym has been such a pleasant experience. I was drawn to them because I've become tired of dealing with my family Dr and the hassle of trying to get important markers checked. I want to be in control of my health, not tied down by the medical industry. Not only have the tests been easy and straight forward, the customer service has been amazing. They are quick to respond to texts and I had one issue with some markers that came back with no values and they sent me a new test to try immediately. I've recommended Rythym to several friends and family who have also had great experiences so far.

Been with Rythm health since April. When I say hands down the best. They are the are the best. The response team and communication is thorough and beyond quick. They text back in minutes answering questions at a professional level. The process behind the company is genius and works well. As with anything in life sometimes there are accidents. My hematocrit marker wasn’t tested because it is a capillary blood test and the sample I sent out clotted. I reached out and they send another test instantly free of charge. This is the definition of a great company who care about their customers. Michael and the team over at Rythm are great! January 2026 I decided to change my life and get in the gym with weight training/cardio 4-5 times a week. Eat clean and take health into major consideration. If you’re looking for something to monitor your health and markers and keep an eye on your levels Rythm is hands down the way to go. 5 stars all around. Great company. Great employees. Great experience.
