I am surprised by some negative reviews because from my first experience with the sales person, Patric, to the delivery with Lisa and Mikey yesterday, 4/14/26, I had excellent service. The price quoted only increased by $350 because my new apartment gave me the incorrect distance from the truck to my apartment. Lisa had great communication with me, and the delivery was on time with nothing broken and the furniture expertly set up. Safebound deserves all five stars. Every person I dealt with gave me correct information, instructions, and follow-up. I lucked out and consider myself a demanding customer with high expectations. Thank you, Safebound!

Thank you for the detailed review! We’re glad your Florida to New Jersey long-distance move went smoothly from start to finish. It’s great to hear Patric provided clear expectations upfront and that Lisa and Mikey delivered with strong communication, on-time service, and careful setup with no damage.
We also appreciate you noting the pricing transparency. That’s something we take seriously with our binding estimates and long-distance moving services. Hearing that we met your high expectations means a lot to our team.

Safebound Moving was precessional and helpful from the get go. I was anxious for furniture delivery, and the office made it happen by assigning Felipe as the driver. He packed up the truck a day early, drove starting early in the morning so we could have time to unpack. He brought Nahuel to help unload. They worked incredibly hard, fast. They communicate well and ensured everything wa placed I. Correct li action. Moves can be difficult; these guys made it look easy! Thank you Safibounf,, highly recommend!!!

This is Doris Morales and they were a great crew. Gui, Dani and Nico they were wonderful and they always smiled and thanked me for everything and I thank them and I’m going to refer them if I know anybody else that’s moving. They were really great and for my first time I was nervous, but they made me feel very very at ease and I enjoyed the whole work that they did

Nahuel, Diego, Maxe were wonderful. Moving is always stressful, and their assistance was great. I'm so happy with them and Safebound Moving.
Blake promptly returned my call and answered all my questions. As an Army Veteran, I especially liked that you are a Veteran owned company.

Safebound Moving and Storage.
Terrell, Ryan and Rolando did a great job explaining how the process would work, carefully wrapped all pieces, and took even more care than we would have done ourselves. We would highly recommend them for any future packing and moving needs. They were a joy to work with, and were all extremely polite.

The men were very curious and efficient. Naively was friendly and professional , he was diligent recording all of our furniture and boxes. They moved more then our estimate came out too. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Nahvel took are concerns into consideration. Nahvel’s team moved our furniture and belongings efficiently and safely. Diego and Horacio worked well together. This is a excellent team.
