I am using Safebound Moving & Storage for my nephew’s move from Tampa to Atlanta. The team who just picked up his things in Tampa led by Vincent, the foreman, and assisted by Maxi, Rolando and Jose couldn’t have been more professional or nicer to work with. They treated my nephew’s goods as if they were their own. Mine was a small move both times I have used them but they have treated me consistently like a very good customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would use them again.

Hilbert & his team Gio, Erick, Patrick were very efficient. They handled everything professionally & are excellent representatives for Safebound! They arrived on time, which is always a plus!

Heavy duty tubs DESTROYED!

I only gave them a two because they were very friendly. But I packed my stuff in those heavy duty crates from Sam’s the black and yellow. I get them back and they some of them are upside down lids are cracked. Basically it looked like they were just throwing them back-and-forth and slamming them on the ground and they’re heavy! Then I find out that when they pick up my stuff, it then goes to a huge climate controlled warehouse and sits there until they bring other people stuff to sit there with it and then they loaded onto a bigger truck and then they go take it to you so with the weekend it took around 12 days to get my stuff. And I had to throw away half of my heavy duty containers. Boxes are a whole other story they were completely destroyed. A lot of them anyway. Furniture they did good with. When they wrapped my canvases, they wrapped them together so tight that it left intentions on one of them that never came out and I never don’t reimbursed for the damage on anything. Then we told them that we live down a dirt road that is well maintained, but it is still a dirt road that many semis have been down before. And they charged us 900 more dollars to just go down that road because they went and rented a U-Haul to put my stuff in to take it down the dirt road. It was a complete horrible experience. Do you research before you hire any moving company! They gave me a quote and I kept updating them with pictures and everything that I was adding that I didn’t realize I had. And they never got back with me so I just assumed that that I didn’t add so much that it would cost more but let me tell you it cost about $1500 more!

Safebound is NOT SAFE

Initial contact with sales rep seemed fine, and 3 packers showed up on day 2 of 2 day window. They had my 91 year old cousin's belongings packed up and out of the apartment in San Antonio, Texas, in about 4 hours. Then the trouble began. A different sales rep said to expect delivery within 7-10 business days of the first available day for delivery. Pick up day was June 25, and the first available day for delivery to her chosen assisted living facility in Auburn, Alabama, was June 30th. It is now July 21 and they cannot even provide a promised date of delivery. I was told via text message on July 17 that the items would be loaded onto a semi on July 18. I am told today (July 21) over the phone after calling them twice (2.5 hours apart, because there was no response from the first call) for an update that the loading did not happen, and they will let me know when they have an update. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE in my view. They have seemed like a disorganized group since the pick up date as they have repeatedly asked me what the first available date for delivery was, usually via text messages sent with no name for the sender. How is it they cannot check a computer screen and know where her stuff is and when it will arrive??

The team was timely, courteous, professional and efficient. Extra pieces were wrapped with care. It was a pleasure doing business with Safe Bound.
