Excellent experience
Jake was very informative and helping me figure out how best to protect my home. Very patient and answered every question.
Christian , the installer, was very friendly and communicated well. He was very conscientious and made sure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction before leaving. I could not recommend a company higher. Thank you!

The people were very friendly and genuinely seemed concerned for our welfare. The installation went well and we were taught how to use the system. Our neighbor had their carbon monoxide warning go off the day before, and the fire department and gas company were dispatched. It seemed to be of good value and ensured our safety.

Representatives Elliot and trainee…
Representatives Elliot and trainee visited my home explained everything in detail. Upon completion Jose came to home and installed system that same night. That's unheard of. I received the camera in front of house which actually turns and follows human beings that walk in front of my house and records so I can even share with family and friends when needed. Wife and I are alerted anytime anyone walks in front of our home. Very pleased

Nicole was very friendly and astute, she was very clear and frankly by the time she left she was family in my eyes and then came Julio friendly, communicated clearly made sure we understood how the system works, but most of all
he was diligent and patient through all the little things that that happened could see it was frustrating for him but he kept smiling and working through it. These two people are two of your greatest assets

Great Experience!
Andrew from safe homes just helped us upgrade our system. He was on time and provided an eta for his arrival. He was dressed professionally and presented himself clearly. His information was concise yet informative. He was familiar with our old equipment and shared the differences we could expect.
