Feeling scammed!
Feeling scammed! Home Safe Marketing Manager Joe Boupha showed up at my house on Saturday, May 23rd uninvited, and stated, "we would like to put our sign in your yard and pay you for it." Those exact words. He proceeded to sell me a security system with a few cameras and promised to have the system installed the next day. The system was actually installed two days later. Everything seemed fine for about 12 hours and then the system went on the blink. I reached out to the installer first thing in the following morning and asked if he could come by and look at the cameras. He responded and said he would come by once he figured out what his schedule for the day was. By 4:30 p.m. he said he was on his way to my home (he was no more than 30 minutes away). By 7:00 p.m. he still had not shown up. It was dark at that time and I didn't want him showing up after dark. I asked him not to come by. I honestly don't think he ever intended to show up. For the record, I was never paid for the sign that was placed in my yard! Looking at my one piece of paperwork, it appears I'm signed up for a 60 month contract. I did not agree to anything like that. This is all deeply concerning.

Sales deceptive practices
This company will write you on a 60 month equipment and sell you on a third party of equipment with a camera that you can go buy yourself with no monthly subscription. If these people come to you and sell you on this concept they are out of town and won’t be able to service you! They will lie and say there local!!! The equipment they use is alua which is third party and eufy camera which is equipment you can buy in store with no monthly subscription

It all happened too fast
It all happened too fast. they were installing the equipment before my wife or me even realized what was going on.. then I have called with 24 hours telling them that I did not want it and for them to take it out. called again within the 72 hour (three day) cancellation clause and have not heard back.
