The main thing SalesMind does for me is cut out the stack. Custom outreach used to mean three or four tools and a lot of time spent keeping them in sync. Now it runs in one place, and I quite often wake up to several live conversations and sometimes a call already booked. That part genuinely changed how my mornings look.
It does take real work to train the agents so they answer the way you would — this isn't something you switch on and walk away from. Worth knowing before you start.
Two things I'd like improved: pulling people out of groups doesn't quite work the way I expected, and if a company URL contains a dash, adding it to an exclusion or focus list breaks the link. Support has been genuinely responsive though, usually solving things the same day.
Overall it saves me hours a week and I'd recommend it.

I was genuinely impressed with SalesMind. The results were sometimes almost too good — connection rates and responses were way above what I expected. It definitely helped me grow my network quickly and start more meaningful conversations.
That said, I initially missed a few handy features, like the reminder function and the option to connect multiple accounts — both of which, as I later learned, are actually available. That just shows me there’s a lot of depth in the platform, but some features could be communicated a bit more clearly to new users.

The support was great, 2 people always helping out, the concept as well as the automation are good and I like that it shows you a score on ehat the lead suitability eith your filters is. Only thing that needs some working on are the filters for finding leads when creating a campaign but other than that it's great.
