Customer service has been great, but……
Customer service has been great in tracking my original package. I made a mistake entering incorrect zip code. The package went round and round via USPS. Finally returned to Sanrico. They indicate that they will send out a new after I write a review. New item supposedly sent again. I have not received tracking information after multiple requests.
Beware that you can purchase exact same item at $30 cheaper on Amazon or eBay. Do your research!

The folks in customer service were prompt, attentive, and all have a ridiculously adept way of sharing their product knowledge, and mostly, being helpful HUMANS!!

Best service ever!
On ordering a spherical carving bit, I was disappointed when it didn’t fit my Dewalt grinder. After contacting Sanrico’s customer service department, I discovered it was my mistake. I ordered the tool without the adapter. Sanrico said,” No problem, we will send you the adapter at no charge”. Wow!
I will get all my carving needs at Sanrico!
