My experience with Sartoro was exceptional! First, I must say that the material of the suit was not cheap and the color was as shown on the website!!! The process for measurements were easy and though we had a minor revision, they prioritized my need and got it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
I bought 3 suits from 3 different companies to compare. By far this was the best fabric for about the same price. The measurements were done perfect. One detail is that I wanted a slim fit pants and they sent a classic fit, so I was disappointed until I found a brochure inside my package stating that if I wasn’t completely satisfied I can bring my suit to my tailor and they reimburse me the arrangement… I didn’t find that anywhere else. Good job Sartoro, you amazed me.
I owned already a couple suits, also had some bespoke ones, before I came across Sartoro. I bought my first one here and was blown away! That fabric is stunning and the quality of the craftsmenship is just awesome. My suits fit perfect and easily pull attention towards them, whenever I wear them. Now, I own already three suits from here and there will be more to come.
First time buying from Sartoro. The customer service was amazing. I ordered a pair of pants, but we were a little bit off on the sizing- very possibly due to mis-measurements on my side. A few emails, a couple of pictures, and a remake later, it is a perfect fit! I am tall and slim and have issues with pants being too large in the thigh and seat. I worked with Tessa in Sartoro's support team and discussed the changes that I wanted to make. She made recommendations, and together, we came to the right measurements. Now that I have the perfect fit, I WILL be ordering more.

I have ordered 3 suits and 1 Tux so far from Sartoro and they have all been amazing. From customization options to fit, they are always exactly what I want. Making small changes is easy, and their suits are made so additional adjustments can be made easily, if needed, when you receive it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I ordered a tuxedo shirt for myself for my wedding and upon receiving the shirt I realized it was missing the button spaces that would allow for studs to be inserted. I quickly emailed Sartoro to inquire more about the mishap and they responded immediately with a few questions and then shipped out a new, correct, replacement shirt. I greatly appreciate the quick response and great customer service.
Sartoro was a dream to work with on my wedding suit, tux and for my groomsmen's suits. These guys style support and customization is super legit, and they're very responsive. The support was unlimited, and they answered every question I had and made sure I had everything I needed for my big day. On top of all that, the quality of the materials was even better than it looks online. I'd 100% trust them and choose them if I had to do it all over again. They get my highest recommendation for dependability, and they definitely earned a lifelong customer!
The Sartoro team kitted me out with a pair of stretch cotton pants and a business shirt made with the new tech Bamboo fabric. Pants fit perfectly. The shirt is the most comfortable I have ever worn in my entire life. It's next level comfort.

Fantastic fit and finish on all the clothes I have bought from sartoro my suit was a perfect fit using my measurements and the quality was next to none. I was contacted by Apple almost immediately after ordering to check my measurements and kept me updated on my order. The color is stunning, and the fit is absolutely perfect. Honestly, I’m tempted to spend my entire annual salary on everything Sartoro has to offer!
I tried Sartoro after having negative experiences in several high-end suit shops in NYC, and I will never buy another suit from anywhere else! The Sartoro team was super responsive and delivered me a perfectly-fitting suit in roughly one week, that is better looking and better fitting than any suit I’ve ever worn. If you’re looking for a truly magnificent suit, Sartoro is a must!!
Excellent customer service! From the first day I ordered my suit, I was contacted by Apple. He walked me through the process, and when the company needed additional information for a proper fit we worked together to get the correct numbers. The communications were always professional, and the final product arrived well before it was needed. The suit is made of a very nice fabric, and really does fit perfectly. I would definitely order from SARTORO again!

Sartoro is a company I recently discovered, and instantly fell in love with! I’m really into suits and formal wear, and not only does Sartoro offer phenomenal quality materials, they also offer fully-customizable garments and an advanced platform that allows you to quickly, easily and digitally get your measurements for a perfect tailored fit (that doesn’t break the bank)! Not only that, but from start to finish, the suit is delivered within 2 weeks from ordering (or sooner)!
