The end-to- end experience was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the tailoring on my jacket. This was my first purchase of a suit from Sartoro and I am eager to make future purchases since their selection is broad and customer service is best in class!
We ordered a suit for my husband and the quality is great, the design is great and the customer service was excellent! There were some adjustments that needed be done and Andy and the team made sure they were addressed super quick! We felt the love and care of the Brand, something that's missing from retail nowadays.
I started out looking for a purple suit for my wedding and thankfully Sartoro popped up in the search. I ordered the eminence purple suit and it is an amazing looking suit. It was likely my fault with measuring wrong but the suit came a bit larger than expected. I reached out and they immediately said let’s get this remade and make it right. Second suit came and the fit was amazing. Andy has done a great thing with this company. Exceptional customer service and fabulous looking suits. Definitely will order another suit in the future.
Great experience ordering my linen wedding suit from here! Customer service had good follow ups, double checked the measurements when the site glitched to make sure everything was correct. The measurements I did with the online tailoring tools resulted in a really well fitted suit. Just like my other ones from custom tailors. The colour, material and texture was just as the pictures. Would definitely order again.
I've been fortunate to have custom tailored dress pants and wear top brands like Hugo Boss right off the rack. THESE ARE THE BEST DRESS PANTS I HAVE EVER WORN. Hands down. No question. Quality fabric, perfect fit and they tailored them to my build specifications. I ordered a pair that did not meet expectations and must say the service and support to make these perfect was outstanding. I will be purchasing all of my dress clothing from Sartoro.
My buddy recently had a destination wedding and easily coordinated the groomsmen outfits through Sartoro. The process was super easy, customer service promptly reached out with a few questions to make sure the fit was just right. The suit arrived, and to my surprise it fit perfectly. The custom options are a great touch to differentiate it from other suits. Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant buying a custom suit, especially at Sartoro where they charge a little bit more than others. You get what you pay for. Excellent timely customer service on every question I had. The suit arrived very quickly and I was amazed how well it fit out of the box. The quality of the suit is fantastic and the only alterations I have to make are those I wasn't able to give a complete measurement for. Will definitely be buying form Sartoro again.

I used Sartoro to get matching black suits for my Groomsmen and I. The suits came out great! Everyone's suits arrived within a few weeks and the guys love them! They are also very excited that they get to keep the suits. Using the online tailor system was very simple and the Sartoro team was attentive throughout the entire process. I ordered the Eldrige Juniper Green linen suit for my wedding. I was a little skeptical about ordering a suit online but it came rather quickly, fit great and was definitely high quality. It was my first 100% linen suit so I didn't realize how wrinkly the linen suit would be which was the only thing I didn't like about the suit. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and helped guide me through the process of getting a new suit, and gave me a discount on the linen suit instead of me returning it. Since it was such a nice suit, I didn't mind keeping it at a discount and just using it for something less formal than my wedding. My new suit, the Lafayette Aspen Green Hopsack suit, just came in today and it is fantastic. Excellent material, the minor alterations I asked for were executed and I couldn't be happier. It looks so professional and clean, it feels more like the wedding suit I was looking for. Overall great customer service experience and great quality suits.

I have purchased 15 suits, 2 overcoats, 1 peacoat, and 5 shirts from Sartoro. Every single item has blown me away. The detail and quality of each item is unrivaled. I am grateful to have found Sartoro and the upgrade to my wardrobe is easily evident. Everywhere I go, I get multiple compliments on my attire. The fit of each of these items is absolutely perfect.

I first heard of them while looking for the perfect wedding tuxedo. I needed a sage green one and they had it. I’d ordered suits online, so I was no stranger to taking measurements. Even so, I messed it up just a little, and they were able to address my concerns and fix it. They did a good enough job that I started buying suits and shirts from them for work. I’ve got three, on top of the tux, from Sartoro so far. Will probably get another one soon. There was an issue with shipping on this last one (UPS delivered to the wrong house) and their people immediately responded to my issue, and worked closely with me to get this fixed. They did such a lovely job assisting me and making my concerns feel heard, and the suits once I received them, proved to be fabulous. If I could include pictures I would. Good fabrics for this price point.
