Great guy. The family need to close the website down and stop allowing people to purchase goods that aren’t going to arrive

still waiting after one month

so after waiting for one month, i still have not received my product, nor a reply from the customer helpline. the confirmation email said first class delivery.... but there was no tracking code... now i know why. this is a terrible way to do business. I'll be doing a charge back on my credit card (which i used in case of this very eventuality!)

Greatest mind out there with the shitiest customer service :) it's so unfortunate he couldn't not put his world together as his stuff was brilliant and actual attention to true customers great. I placed an order with this seller and…

I placed an order with this seller and agreed on a specific shipping method in advance, which was confirmed before I paid. However, this agreement was not followed. When I addressed it, the responsibility was repeatedly shifted to others instead of being taken seriously. We then agreed on a second order with the same conditions, and I was assured it would not happen again. Unfortunately, the exact same issue occurred again, and the shipment was eventually returned. This has now been going on for several months. I have asked multiple times for a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, I kept receiving delays and explanations (including personal issues). I understand that things can happen in life, and I genuinely wish him the best. However, if this affects your ability to run a business properly, customers end up paying the price. At this point, the level of organization, communication, and reliability is extremely poor. It honestly gives the impression that there is no proper structure behind this business. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

I made a bad review but…..

I made a bad review after waiting long for my order. After a while I did receive the vails with another label. I was suspicious but Savage offered a free of charge check on their cost. I took the L Carnitine and the results are again insane. There’s no pip at all! I have to say this stuff is worth every penny. Phil please next time let’s try to get stuff on time with me and I’ll add the last star the product deserves !

I left positive reviews in the past as the products are good. But like other reviewers, once payment is made there is no dispatch notification with tracking from the website. It’s been over 2 weeks now I don’t know where my order is and been promised the tracking numerous times but still haven’t received. It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered. I’ve been told my order has been sent again but still awaiting order. A simple task like getting the tracking number for the orders can’t be fulfilled.
