This company has provided outstanding service and have replaced my scanner without any problems. This company is definitely worth it if you wanna purchase any scanners. If you have a lot of packages, I recommend purchasing the scanner. It makes your life 100x easier.

December 31st, 2025, I requested technical support. I got a call back in less than 30 minutes, and the representative walked me through the process to get my scanner working again. The man who helped me was courteous and patient. He knew the product well enough that I was up and running and in under an hour, beginning to end.

I lost my usb dongle for my numeric keypad and contacted Scanavenger for a replacement. Their customer service was excellent and they kept in touch with me to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent service all round alongside an excellent easy to use scanner.
Was looking for a programmable barcode…
Was looking for a programmable barcode scanner that would insert a TAB (keyboard stroke) upon seeing a SPACE in a barcode. I sent Jeziel a sample bar code and had a response it could be done with no issues along with the model number I needed. I ordered it and asked for the barcode setup procedure I needed to use and had that within 15 minutes. Works like a charm, great price and even better support. This is my scanner company from this point forward.

Bought one of their scanners. It worked fine until I changed some settings. I emailed them and they responded in under 10 minutes with a set of reset barcodes to scan. took me under a minute and then it worked great! fantastic customer support! would 100% recommend.

Our company was looking for an affordable scanner ecosystem to deploy across our 5 sites. We decided to go with ScanAvenger and it has been great. Once we received the scanners, we had some issues setting the type of prefix and suffix characters we needed, as the specific character did not have a valid hex value in the table used by our version. After reaching out to support, they were able to provide us with reset, prefix, and suffix setup codes that accomplished what we needed. We have now set up the rest of the scanners we purchased in minutes with this documentation. The helpdesk team has been totally invaluable. Thank you for your hard work!
