The customer support was super quick to answer on the chat. It didn't seem robotic at all, it felt like a normal conversation. I explained my problem and the customer support helped me through it step by step to figure out the problem. In the end, when we figured out the issue, They followed up and when I had more questions, after our conversation, they were still there to answer and knew who I was (I didn't have to reexplain everything). 1000/10 love Scanavenger! they were my Avanger.

Scanavenger for Elementary Libraries
I use a Scanavenger in an elementary school library situation and it has been very dependable. I recently lost the charging cord and was able to get a new one from Scanavenger within three days. Super fast service!

In the end, when we figured out the issue, they offered to send a free replacement product as the issue was a faulty piece, rather than broken. They followed up and when I had more questions, after our conversation, they were still there to answer and knew who I was (I didn't have to reexplain everything). 11/10 love Scanavenger!

We received our scanner today and have already set it up and it’s working great. Love how light it is and love the design and the colour. We’ve named her “Scarlet’ the scanner. We thought she needed a name LOL.
Awesome scanner, and even better support
I purchased a scanner last fall. I travel quite a bit for work and use it within hospitals for testing and validating our bands and clinical programs within our systems. The scanner will scan variation of different barcodes, QR codes and other identifier within the system. I ran into a problem had to go live in the last week in contacted support. They quickly helped me troubleshoot and validated that I was not able to charge the scanner. They are replacing it for me. Quick fast and immediate results. Very happy with the results and have recommend recommended this scanner to others.

Diligent and unmatched customer service
Listen, I've been purchasing items online since 2002. I know, it's been a long time. And I cannot remember another time when someone has sold me an item, tracked its delivery, and reached out to verify I'd received it. When I hadn't, it turned out the shipping label sent it 3 hours away. Scanavenger tracked down the issue, overnighted me another one, and I had it next day. That's truly astounding customer service. You have me as a loyal customer!
Scanavenger helpdesk response
Scanavenger responded to a helpdesk email within 5 minutes of sending the same. They walked me through resolving the issue just as quickly. I am quite impressed with that level of service and will definitely purchase more product in the future.
Top notch customer service!
I was having issues with my scanner not transferring info to my apps so I emailed Scanavenger for support. They responded immediately and did their best to help me. Unfortunately, the reset didn’t work and I replied as such. They called me shortly after, which I wasn’t expecting, but was pleasantly surprised! After speaking with Chris, we found the problem (I had set it to the wrong mode) and the issue was resolved! I appreciate how Chris went out of his way to make sure my problem was solved and that I was happy with my scanner.
