I had struggled to get my scanner to skip the last 5 numbers of the ISBN on the back of books. I decided to email ScanAvenger and within just a few moments, they had responded and told me how to fix my issue! I was blown away and how fast and accurate their response was! We have had dealings with them in the past and their customer service is top-notch!
I contacted ScanAvenger by email with a question regarding some barcodes not scanning. They responded within ten minutes and resolved the issue.
The scanner had completely stopped working. I tried everything I could think of. I emailed the company and figured ok 3-4 days for them to mail back. I was very wrong, they acknowledged my email was received. Within a matter of minutes, I had an additional email notification. It contained all I needed to fix the device in a few very east steps. Great product, at a fantastic price and a stellar customer service program. Absolutely will be using them again and will be recommending them to anybody that needs these types of devices. Keep up the great work!!!

Most companies get you to buy and then disappear with little or no support in case of an issue. NOT this company. If ALL business' were run like this one we'd be much much happier. I have not been compensated for this review.
