Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. The phone call was pleasant and very helpful since I was unsure of sizes. The only suggestion I have is to use UPS or FedEx for shipping. My order was almost a week late as USPS rerouted the package to their Indianapolis facility twice.

I trust this company to provide quality merchandise. I ordered handbell gloves and they seem to be of good quality even though they are made differently with the extra padding between the ring finger and the pinky finger instead of forefinger and middle finger. Currently I ring bigger bells so it doesn't affect me. There's no chance of me holding 2 big bells in one hand.
Don't use the Shop app.
The app that you use for tracking is completely inaccurate. It seems unnecessary to download an app when the USPS has a website that tracks packages. The incorrect information from the app caused our church staff to go searching for a package that was not going to arrive for days.

Slow delivery
As of 3/6/26, I haven't received the springs yet. Schulmerich in recent years has been very slow in all responses. Update: The springs actually arrived in the afternoon right after I placed this review. I also received a voice mail and email from the company letting me know the parts were shipped the same day I ordered them, it was shipping that took so long. So I have raised my review to 3 stars. I apologize for the initial lower review, my feelings were affected from an earlier order that took way too long to receive.
