The automatic annual renewal subscription just withdrew money from my bank account without notifying. Since, I haven't used scispace (because I don't do research anymore), I want to cancel the subscription and want my full refund. So, I contacted through email. But the email response is super fast and got immediate reply. They also replied that my money will be fully refunded also. Thank for your quick responses.

Professional & Fast Response. I have used Scispace in early 2025 using a free platform. Its interesting to use Scispace as it made my academic works more enhanced. On November 2025 I decided to subscribe and paid the premium package. Today, as I was in the midst of going for my presentation, suddenly I couldn't download my presentation. I thought that my subscription had lapsed, and there was a prompt for me to pay to continue downloading. I paid then, after the presentation, I noticed that mysubscription is still valid. I reported to Scispace and request for refund of the second payment, and they responded immediately. I thought my money is gone, but then refund it immediately. Whata great experience!

I work as an academic, and reducing a study that could take months to seconds is incredibly valuable for my field. I sincerely thank all the staff involved, especially those providing live support. My only request is that such valuable applications adopt a pricing policy that takes into account the exchange rates of different countries. In my country, 1 dollar is approximately 44 TL. Considering pricing per country's exchange rate would increase the number of users. This would also increase the size of the test data, which is crucial for AI models, creating a more favorable environment. I would like to update my opinions here as I continue to use it in the future.
