THUS REQUIRING THE HEAVIEST HARSHEST DOUBLE TREATMENT. AND YES, YOUR SO-CALLED "MINOR TWEAK" Of switching the order of steps 4 and 6 is WHAT CAUSED YOUR HAIR DAMAGE. NOT A MINOR TWEAK. You acknowledged rearranging key steps in the protocol without consulting us first. We could have advised against this change, as it directly contributed to the hair breakage you experienced. Our instructions emphasize following the exact order and reaching out with any uncertainties to minimize risks and side effects, the double treatment does increase risk even if instructions are followed precisely.
