The one star is a gift. I ordered shocks to the tune of over 600 back in June 2023. I have not received them. When I call - no one answers. It rings and rings... I cancelled my order. Lets see if I get my refund of 600 plus dollars. I am doubtful.
It has been 3 months and I still don't have my order I've left multiple voicemails and emails with no response
If I could give no stars I would have. I'm a returning customer. In the past all went well. This time a placed an or on 6/21/23. They were unable to fill it as of 7/13/23. I cancelled the order for which I was charged for upon placing the order, even though they had no stock. As of 9/5/23 I have still not been credited for the cancelled order.
I have done a fair amount of business with this company in the past with no issues, would've given them 5 stars in the past but something changed. I ordered a set of springs over a month ago. After a couple weeks I called for an update on my order as my confirmation email had not been updated on the progress of my order. A gentleman answered and told me that they were behind on orders due to high volume and that it shouldn't be much longer. I have been calling for the last two and a half weeks with only automated answering service. No response to voicemail, email, or order cancellation form submission. They take your money and do not send the product ordered. Do not do business with this company.

Iplaced a order on July 5,2023. The money was taken out of my acount the next day. On July 24,2023 and on Aug. 14,2023 I asked about my order and both ties I was told some one would get back to me in 24 to 78 hours.I have not heard back from them. Tryed calling but no one answers the phone. If i can't have it at my house by Aug. 25,2023 I would like my money back this week
There is no way these reviews are real. This company is a total scam. Bought a airbag system for $400+ dollars over a month ago. They deducted my money right away, but no shipping information, nothing. Put in for a refund weeks ago, still nothing. Calling the number gets you no where, there online chat is a fraud as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and you'll never get ahold of a human or your money back!
I have used SD many times in the past with no issues. Something is going on with this place. I put an order in on 5/5/23. They called me because one part was out of stock and worked with me to find the replacement and get me a refund for a cheaper part. Since then, nothing. Called, left messages, used the chat function...nothing. I have been calling and messaging for months now with zero response. I am likely out my $1700 at this point. Stay away from them until whatever is going on is over! They will not send you anything or respond to anything. Save your money!
I reached someone by phone once, they said I would have to pay extra for faster shipping and could not say when I would receive my order. They also offered an alternative but then I could not reach them by phone again, no one would answer the phone or return my calls. I filled out the cancellation form which says the company will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours but its been over a week and no one has responded. I canceled the order with my credit card company. The order still shows waiting for stock order on their website. I ordered it from another vendor and received it in a week.
If I could do less than one star, I would. After one moth I got half my order, I ordered on 6/26/2023. I'm still waiting on the other half of the order on 8/11/2023. This company will not answer any of my emails, other than the automated or canned response. No one will ever answer the phone at this place. save yourself tons of time and order somewhere else or find a local distributor.
BEWARE!!!Absolutely horrible communication!! Placed a order a month ago and have been trying to get in contact with them for the past 2 weeks with no luck.. I don’t know if I was scammed or they just haven’t sent the parts out yet.. I would definitely not recommend shopping with them at all !!
Ordered air bags from them on 6-16-23. On 6-23 received email from them said they were awaiting stock and that they receive stock weekly. To give them the benefit of the doubt I started calling them on 6-30-23 through 7-7-23. After many hrs. on hold with no response or anyway to leave a message I sent an email to customer service and sent a cancellation request if not delivered by 7-14. Received a reply on 7-19, 5 days after my deadline still trying to get me to wait. Its now been 55 days since the order and still haven't received any further communication for 20 days or a timeline for my refund. After reading the many reviews I'm surprised the NY Attorney Generals Office hasn't got involved.
I placed an order (#785729) for parts for my Jeep Gladiator on the 13th of July. After a week plus and still no shipping status I tried to contact SD Truck's. On 21 July I managed to contact SD and talk to a rep and he checks on the order and says to call back on the 24th. On the 24th I call back and no updates so I cancel. I still have not received the refund so I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. I'll never deal with SD Trucks again.
When I order the air bags I was told they would ship in 3 to 5 days. A week later I canceled the order when they told me they " MIGHT" be on this weeks delivery. IF SO THEY WOUKD SHIP THE NEXT DAY. So after 3 phone calls, 2 emails and 3 weeks later. I still have not received a confirmation email on my canceled order. After being LIED to for weeks. I don't believe the will ever send it. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a negative 6 on customer service.

order shocks for my truck and back june of 23 and did not ship as 7-14 -23 was told they would ship next week and next week came around and still did not ship. called back and cancel my order and now i cannot get my money back they said it can take up to a month for my return . they didnt have a problem takeing my money out the same day i order . but now i have to wait 30 days for my refund .very poor service. I would not advise anyone to order from this store.i will not order from them again . iwould not even give them a star .

Ordered a product 6/14/23, asked customer service shipping time on ordered product 6/27/23 they said it would ship in 24 to 48 hours. Contacted them again 7/7/23 and was told the same thing. Contacted again on 7/12/23 spoke with Devin Gordy and he said he would make sure it shipped and I would see the item next week. Contacted them again on 7/19/23 and was told to be patient it would ship soon contacted again 7/24/23 spoke with Devin and was told anything he says is subject to change and can't give me a ship date. If you can find what you're looking for at a different vendor it would be best to do so.

I placed an order for a Ride Rite replacement compressor over the phone, June 5, 2023. Did not hear from anyone, so I called and talked to Customer Service June 15. I was told the part was out of stock and should shipped the following week. Nothing, no news. I have tried to call to get a status, all I get is an answering service, who does not speak good English. I was told someone would get back to me. Week later nothing. I sent an email to Customer Service, June 30, finally received an email back July 7 asking for the order number, which I included in my initial email. At this point all I want is a refund.
