Scam website

Scam website! Automatically charged me $251.88 USD for an annual plan right after the free trial without any notification. I have never used their service after the charge, but their customer support refused to refund. Total scam and dark pattern subscription trap! Please check my case and refund immediately.

I don't see any sign that the site…

I don't see any sign that the site getting better, they stay in confusion state. They remove feedback from their own website too and now despite some allowed, they fully purge it again not just hide it but totally remove/delete it (404 error) despite they're themselves saying they don't delete content before. But seems like this TOS changed. Don't try to subscribe while this site still in this state.

The software is not working- customer service is a BOT

The software is not working. I put in a ticket and it gives me a discord AI bot to 'fix it' which literally tells me to keep making images until it sorts itself out. Unable to get to a human, and with a year subscription, I now have to go to my bank to try to get a refund.

Review TitlUnfair Auto-Renewal and No Refund Supporte

Scam and unfair billing! SeaArt auto-charged my card US$ 57.48 without permission on June 16, 2026. I cancelled the subscription immediately on the same day (Order ID: SA2026061654970350203796420) and have NOT used a single stamina credit from the new cycle. I sent multiple emails to their support and reached out via live chat, but I am getting automated bot replies refusing the refund. This is completely against international consumer protection laws. Give me my full refund back to my card immediately!

SeaArt AI is a trap! Hidden auto-renewals and zero support!

Do not trust SeaArt AI. They are using highly deceptive and predatory practices to secretly drain money from your bank accounts. Here is how their scheme works:Hidden Auto-Renewal: They intentionally hide the auto-renewal clause deep in the terms, making it virtually invisible during checkout. You think you are buying a one-time package, but you are actually trapped in a recurring subscription.Sneaky Charges: They charge your card without any prior email notification, warning, or receipt. You only find out after the money is already gone.No Refunds & Bot Support: Even if you don't touch a single credit from the new billing cycle and request a refund immediately, their support will stonewall you. They reply with automated, robotic templates claiming that "digital goods cannot be refunded." They just steal your money and refuse to let a human manager review the case. This is a technical robbery wrapped in AI marketing. Save your money and nerves. Stay as far away from SeaArt AI as possible!

WARNING

WARNING: Fraudulent charges and unjustified account ban. My account was suddenly disabled without any warning or explanation. I am a paying subscriber and had been using SeaArt in accordance with their Terms of Service. Despite my account being banned, my artworks remained publicly visible, which I found deeply concerning. I contacted support multiple times but received absolutely no response for over 2 weeks. To make matters worse, after creating a new account, I was hit with an unauthorized charge of approximately 40,000 JPY (around $270 USD) immediately after registration. I had no idea what this charge was for.

100% a scam site

100% a scam site. I agreed to a 3 day trial but never actually used any of their tools. I tried to cancel but was unable to login. I emailed a cancellation request but was charged $251 anyway. I emailed them again and they said a refund had been issued, a lie. My bank contacted their bank April 29, 2026 and has yet to receive a response. -------------------------------------------------------------- May 29, 2026, 5:42 AM (3 days ago) to SeaArt This is the 4th time I've contacted you for confirmation that you did actually refund the $251 you charged my account for a one year subscription I did not want. Every time, you directed me to contact my bank. Every time, Bank of America has informed me that they contacted your bank April 29 and are awaiting a response. -------------------------------------------------------------- - Seaart.ai> wrote: Dear user, we have received your letter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. SeaArt.Al Team---------------------------------------------Apr 18, 2026 at 4:41 PM I'm sure it's true that a pop-up window appeared explaining *whatever*. Here are the simple facts: 1- I needed to create a short cartoon video for an ad campaign. 2- I wanted to try an AI other than Grok, so I did a Google search and ended up at your site. 3- I agreed to a trial subscription, a 3 day trial, I thought, correctly or not 4- I tried for over an hour but was unable to create any video whatsoever... I kept getting error messages. 5- I decided to just use Grok. I was unable to cancel online ("improper login") so I emailed you a cancellation request. 6- I discovered that $251.88 had been charged to my debit card 7- I emailed you again and explained that I had tried your service and did not wish to subscribe 8- The response was that you would not issue a refund 9- I filed a dispute with my bank, which is under review. 10- I have not yet filed a complaint with the BBB, or posted reviews on TrustPilot, Yelp, etc., or on X.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with SeaArt AI. The platform strongly promoted a “3-Day Free Trial,” but the automatic conversion into a paid annual subscription was not presented clearly enough during signup. The interface focused heavily on the free trial while the recurring billing details were easy to overlook. I was later charged automatically for a yearly subscription without realizing that the trial would convert into a paid plan in this way. When I contacted support and explained that the subscription terms were unclear and misleading, my refund request was refused even though I provided screenshots and evidence. In my opinion, the subscription flow lacks transparency and can easily mislead users into unintended recurring charges. Please read all billing details very carefully before activating any trial on this platform.

TOTAL SCAM – NO REFUND, NO CREDITS, NO SERVICE!

I am updating my review because this company is officially a SCAM. It has been over 20 days since 21 April 2026. NO REFUND: They are refusing to refund my accidental yearly subscription. NO CREDITS: They have not provided the credits I paid for. NO USAGE: I have used ZERO credits, yet they are keeping my money. When I ask for my money back, they are shamelessly claiming that digital credits are 'not normal goods' and citing 'Article 8' to deny my refund. They refuse to return my money AND refuse to give me the credits I paid for. This is a clear trap to steal customer funds. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU PAY THEM!"
