I had a very disappointing experience with SeaArt AI. The platform strongly promoted a “3-Day Free Trial,” but the automatic conversion into a paid annual subscription was not presented clearly enough during signup. The interface focused heavily on the free trial while the recurring billing details were easy to overlook. I was later charged automatically for a yearly subscription without realizing that the trial would convert into a paid plan in this way. When I contacted support and explained that the subscription terms were unclear and misleading, my refund request was refused even though I provided screenshots and evidence. In my opinion, the subscription flow lacks transparency and can easily mislead users into unintended recurring charges. Please read all billing details very carefully before activating any trial on this platform.
