Matt's customer service was so clean…
Matt's customer service was so clean that when I told him there wasn't a black option, he replied not to worry he would make sure I would get a black one, I instantly believed he would. I'm a new yorker who's owned and operated Restaurants and Retail businesses in 9 different states -this means 10 out of 10 times a stranger tells me they got it handled go ahead and pay for the blue one -this would never happen. I bought my cover and a second cover for a friend. Thanks Matt!

Replacement for a leaking cover, received non-waterproof replacement
So I ordered one of their premium covers for my 2018 Cadillac ATSV, after about a few months I noticed moisture underneath the cover around the top and the hood. They gladly exchange it for a $10 shipping fee. Sent me a cheap very thin replacement from the original, I thought it was a new branding. It rained this afternoon and my car is soaked. What’s going on.
