Although my boat motor outboard cover was out of warranty.The customer service agent made it easy for me to order another one and even gave me a 15% discount and I appreciate it.Thank you. It only last 3 years and comes with a 1 year warranty which was not explained to me at the time of purchase.

Need a quality fitting vehicle cover, keep lookin!
Spent a lot of money on a cover that doesn’t cover. The back fits perfect, as you move forward, to the cab, that’s where the cover starts to come up short. Moving forward to the front end, it’s seriously a disappointment. The half covered tires in the back are fully exposed in the front. The cover only stretches just to the bottom of the grill. Leaving the bumper, the tow hooks, black accents and air foil fully exposed to the harsh elements.
I saw the same results on an identical truck on YouTube. Thought perhaps the Co would make the improvements. The minor corrections would have had happier customers. As they say, have a good experience, you tell 2 people..a poor experience, you tell ten! Poor, poor, execution of a product. Steer clear!!

The quality and fit of the boat covers are subpar. We ordered two separate covers for two separate boats, and after measuring and giving all accurate information, we installed the first cover when it arrived. No instructions on how to do everything, and the process is pretty involved. The fit is terrible and the cover doesn't even tighten all the way around. Not to mention, two of the buckles and straps are broken. Customer service is severely lacking and the call center will promise something that the zendesk agents can't do. Don't expect a response in a timely manner. We are very unhappy with how this was handled and how, despite saying they care about customer satisfaction, they are unwilling to comply with returns for both covers. They keep pushing for an exchange and a 10% refund for the defective, terrible quality cover. The quality is horrendous and we will never repurchase from here.
****Seal Skin responded here and they asked for order information, but I have provided this to them via email already today and they have not responded. Interesting that they respond here and are unresponsive in the actual ticket on their site

Want my money back, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing
I bought 2 covers for my 2 61 Chrysler cars after buying one for my 63 Chrysler 300 and it fit good but the 2 for my 61’s are a joke. Too short for both 122 “ and 126” wheel base and not wide enough and NO room between fins, so tight across the back it’s a joke where the patterns are from. Fix it or I want my money back!!!!
