I placed my order Wednesday August 5. It is now Wednesday August 12. I have not received any tracking information or my package with my atv cover, yet I am receiving a request for a review. There is a severe lack of customer service. Sealskin customer service is a call center in Mumbai. Update: I finally received my cover on the 21 of August. I find it funny my review was flagged for review on trust pilot by sealskin covers because it may contain harmful or illegal content. My original review is still up. When I called customer service I could hardly understand what the girl was saying and the only thing they could do was start a ticket to flag my purchase. I still don’t understand what starting a ticket does. English is not their first language and it definitely sounds like a call center in India.

After a little ordering hiccup, which was promptly addressed by Ann at customer service, my cover arrived. I’m elderly and have had several boat covers over my boating lifetime. This cover is more heavy duty than any cover I’ve owned before. The straps and clips are robust compared to other covers I’ve had. The elastic cord sewn into the cover grips the boat tightly. The cover fits the boat like a custom cover. I use the cover about six months a year and I’m looking forward to many years of service from this cover.

Bought 2 covers and they look really cheap, and said, made in China on them. Reviews on SS site are misleading, turns out, from Google AI reviews, they don't hold up more than 1-2 years in Sun, and warranty is voided if the wind gets above 55 mph, both of those happen everywhere! To return then, unopened, they want return shipping and 29% restocking fee. Check out the reviews for yourself, but not the SS website ones.

Edited from one star: I was reached out to by a supervisor and was assured that my order has been prioritized, the issue appatently stems from a platform change in their shipping and this issue has effected many orders and they are trying to get it corrected but unfortunately some customers have experienced delays as a result. As a guy who works for a corporation, I can understand the headache switching systems can be and it is not a reflection of the company as a whole, had this been explained previously I would have held my review. After speaking with their management I am satisfied and greatly appreciate their reaching out to make sure I was taken care of. It goes a very long way with me personally when someone can admit it was a mistake, even if unintentional and take full accountability. They have very much re-earned my trust. though i can't glow bomb them for shipping in this instance, how they handled it, however, is top notch! Original post: Its been 9 days and my order hasn't shipped. Ive reached out multiple times and ikeep getting it will ship today for the last 4 days. Lies and starting to feel like i might have been scammed. Website is absolute hot garbage to navigate and there is no real time resolution to inquiries, i mean they answer but with made up reasons, i know this because all 4 times i got different excuses, ranging from a new shipping building to ups isn't picking it. The cover is well made and arrives with all hardware and the installation instructions are clear and consistent with the graphics. The only puzzle I had to solve was that I was expecting the cover to go around the wake tower mounts, but quickly realized it went over the entire tower. All good, fits well, covers all accessories and the outboard. Just installed it, have not attempted to trailer with it.

The cover did not fit my car as i expected.there is no material on the inside to protect from scratching the clear coat.it is loose fitting .my other cover was much nicer.

Update- I did receive the cover and it looks like a good product so far. Stress with customer service trying to track my item was a pain but item itself looks like a quality product. It's a nice cover and came within a couple of days. The issue is when someone says waterproof ,that means no water will penetrate the cover. Granted we had a very heavy down pour when I removed the cover there was a small amount of water under the cover.But it did its job with keeping the water out of the sunroof drains which are clogged and flood the Lincon nautilus. So I gave it 3 stars. Probably should be a 4 star.

I ordered a travel cover for a 1990 alumacraft v16 ltd... I was shipped one for a 1999, which was too large... after emailing back and forth and sending pictures... they said they would send me a new one... it was bigger than the first one... they then said they don't have a cover for my boat... if you want an American made cover.... if you want cover made in the USA ... don't buy from sealskin.

It was very easy to order on the website, unfortunately, you couldn’t deliver to Canada, but fortunately I have family living in the US and we’re able to have it shipped there.
