We also offer the Supreme cover, which provides our maximum protection for all-weather outdoor conditions. For the strong Florida sun and outdoor weather, we recommend the Supreme as our best option for maximum protection.
Misleading marketing on UV/sun protection — refused a fair resolution
Purchased the Seal Skin ProGuard cover for my 2019 Prius Prime, and it failed within less than a year (8months) due to prolonged sun exposure. This directly contradicts their marketing, which advertises "UV-resistant material" that "prevents sun damage, fading, and discoloration," plus a "two-year warranty." Nowhere on their site is there any disclosure that prolonged sun exposure would shorten the cover's life — despite their warranty page claiming "unlimited protection" and "no exclusions." I offered a reasonable compromise: let me upgrade to a higher-tier cover actually built for sun exposure, and I'd pay the price difference myself. They declined to work with me on this. Disappointing experience from a company that markets itself on "no exclusions" — the marketing doesn't match reality. Would recommend researching independently before buying, especially if you're somewhere with strong year-round sun. BTW, I live in California. Update: They flagged my review and it was subsequently taken down. However, I contested this action, as I believe my position is valid and my review was fair and reasonable. It appears they responded publicly to the review, yet never followed through on my email correspondence. This suggests an effort to create the appearance of addressing the issue, without any genuine commitment to resolving it. You will know your in a good company on how they resolve their issue instead of brushing it off.

The cover is 2 feet to long, and about 4 inches to short on each side. This cover can not be made for a 2016 smart car.

Placed order, got charged, that’s the gist of it. No tracking, no shipping numbers, no updates… 10 days post order. Don’t worry, cc charge is there, they got their money….
Placed order, no confirmation of order, no confirmed shipping tracking numbers, nothing…crickets…. That’s it. I’ll never order another damn thing from Seal Skin. Update: they owned it and made it better! Shout out to the seal skin crew for correcting their mistakes and making it better. They even have a credit back for my troubles…back on the shopping list they go.

Haven’t got an update on my order in 8 days. No shipment or tracking information. Update: Seal skin covers notified me that they changed their shippers and we’re going through some issues, they offered me a discount to make it right.

Items that I haven’t received yet.
It’s been a week since I placed the order on August 7 and I still haven’t got any confirmation on the tracking order. I have called three times this week of August 9 through the 16th to get the status of my order of the items that I paid for. And the same response I get is that the item has been shipped and that I should get a confirmation of the tracking order. Still I haven’t got any email from y’all on the tracking order of the items that I paid for. But, after speaking a supervisor (Grace) at Sealskin Covers, Grace was able to add a partial refund of 10% to my original payment method. Grace was very sincere and understanding of my experience and the delay receiving the covers.

Sealskin Car Cover
The product, so far, is beautiful. My only issue is there are no directions for “all” of the parts that are included such as how to install the antenna patch and there is a white length of rope that does not have an explanation as to what it is for. Also, there is no card or information regarding the warranty; I call and was told that if there is a problem, just call them and they will look up the purchase in their system.

Hi there Mary, thanks for the feedback. We are glad to know you are satisfied with the cover. Our covers are full covers. There is no hole in the cover. You have to punch a hole yourself and apply the antenna patch that coves with the cover. To install the antenna patch, poke a hole through the cover, slide the antenna through. Peel the patch and slide the patch through over the antenna and onto the cover, securing it tightly. The white rope you're referring to, should be the lock and cable. You can find all the features on our website.

The material make up of the cover seems…
The material make up of the cover seems to be waterproof. I was disappointed with the fit of the cover to the boat. The cover was too wide ( hangs down both sides to the trailer) was also too long in length ( 24” - 30” past outboard motor) There time from order placement to arrival was 7 days, it did not include any type of directions for the installation of straps, hooks, ratchet system, or buckles. On a 1-10 scale I would give a 5.

Excellent Waterproof Outdoor Kitchen Island Cover
Our order for a custom outdoor kitchen island went very well. The company communicated with us a few times to have us review their detailed drawings before the fabrication began to make sure we were satisfied. The cover was received about 2 weeks after we reviewed and approved their dimensional drawings. We now have the cover, the quality of the material is excellent and the fit is perfect over our outdoor kitchen island. Would highly recommend Seal Skin Covers!

Pontoon covers need hooks to attach the…
Pontoon covers need hooks to attach the Seal cover to the deck. Otherwise there is no way to run straps under a lift or trailer for that matter. Do your research on the pontoon covers and seek a product that works. Hopefully the cover itself is as durable as you advertise. The versatility is not what is advertised or what my chat agent conveyed to me.
