Horrible virtual AI offers to help you send an email to support and then disconnects and ends the chat. During a chat when you ask for a live agent it says they will email you and disconnects and ends the chat. Worst implementation of virtual chat of any site. Horrible customer service experience.

Would give them a 0 out of 5. My friend and I spent $360 on tickets to the Braves game. Tickets were bought 3 weeks in advanced. No barcode ever showed up. Contacted Seat Geek days in advanced and was given the same bs spill..."tickets will show up 24-48 hours from the event". Barcode never showed. Day of the event called over 5 times to customer service. Was given the same bs answers, was hung up on, never received the tickets. Had to buy new tickets. Zero help, defiantly scam people out of their money. DO NOT buy from them.
