Beware of the scam!!!
We booked concert tickets through seat geek for a concert which my kids were waiting for months. They said , tickets will arrive on the day of the concert. It never came. They kept on sending me email saying tickets are ready but it never showed up it the app. Worked with their customer service for hours. Still no result. They kept on asking for screenshots from the app and we gave them it several times. They told they will refund the price finally and it is several days now and that too didn't come. Beware of the scam!!!

They Don't honor their "Contract"
SeatGeek is a terrible way to purchase a ticket; my event was "postponed" which means they aren't in violation of their "contract" (which I didn't agree to because I don't have the app and wasn't provided their terms); there is no rescheduled date so I paid to sit in a venue and watch the air conditioning work.

I used SeatGeek to sell my MLB tickets…
I used SeatGeek to sell my MLB tickets and they sold immediately. I didn't know they sold because SeatGeek never notified me, and I have yet to see my money. This is the 2nd time it's happened with SeatGeek. My deposit information is accurate on their website, so not sure what the issue would be. Of course, they never reply to my emails and there's no one to talk to because their phone number does not take calls.
AVOID USING SEAT GEEK!

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Absolutely terrible customer service.
I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong concert location. I live in Arizona, but I mistakenly bought tickets for the California show. I realized my mistake within about five minutes of completing the purchase and immediately called SeatGeek.
My first call ended with the representative hanging up on me. On my second call, they opened a support ticket and told me to try selling the tickets through their platform. I did exactly what they suggested, but the tickets never sold.
Today, I called again hoping to speak with a supervisor, but instead I was transferred from one representative to another. Every time I had to explain the entire situation all over again, and in the end, I was disconnected once more without any resolution.
I understand that companies have policies, but when a customer contacts you within minutes of making an honest mistake, there should be some level of customer service and willingness to help. Instead, I was met with rude treatment, endless transfers, and multiple disconnected calls.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I won't be using SeatGeek again, and I wouldn't recommend them based on how they handled this situation.

Never use seat geek in your life
Never use seat geek in your life. We purchased Riley Green tickets in Cleveland for August 7th back in November of 2025. I received the tickets and when I went to open them, they weren’t there. We spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer support and were given no solutions. We later found out they sent the tickets to someone that we have no connection to. We booked a hotel, drove 4 hours, and had a dinner reservation planned. They offered to give us a promo
Code for the amount of the purchase. The problem is the tickets are twice as much as they were when I bought them in November of 2025. They did not care that ticket prices increased and told me, “yes, that’s typical, but we cannot match the current price.”Disgusting company that does not care whatsoever about your experience OR trying to make things right.
Paid immediately and still waiting for my purchase.
I ordered tickets from 3 different companies for the same event; I have already received my tickets from 2 of the 3 companies within a day of ordering but not SeatGeek, they took my money immediately, but I am still waiting for my tickets, and it has been 7 days considering they will be digital tickets and not mailed I don't understand what the holdup is. I would not recommend using this service for purchasing tickets, nor will I use them again, stick with a reliable seller.
Easy to select the seating area before purchasing the tickets. The tickets are received quickly.

The venue where my concert was to be…
The venue where my concert was to be held closed on a permanent basis. I tried to get a refund and was repeatedly told that they had no proof the venue closed and I had to provide proof. I feel like this is their job. It mine. They should know when a venue closes. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my refund I will never order from them again
I had a horrible experience with SeatGeek. I bought tickets that were advertised as floor tickets and I was sent the tickets and they were not floor tickets in fact they were obstructed view tickets and I was in a much worse section than I paid for. Do NOT trust SeatGeek with concert tickets.
This is the first and last time I ever use seatgeek to buy tickets. Why you ask? It is the most restrictive, self serving, horrendously non-customer centric experience I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something! It will be the last dollar you get from me, and anyone else I can convince. Just aweful

Shambolic
Bought tickets for a world cup game in new york .seatgeek said they would be ready a couple of days before the event .
I had travelled from uk with my son for this particular event, a day before the game I got an email saying I had to download the fifa app to find my tickets .I followed all the instructions
No tickets .I emailed clown after clown but never got my tickets. I would strongly advise not to use this site.
Just to add it took me 5 weeks to recover my money .
Always get fantastic results. There’s never a doubt I will get my tickets with ease.

The tickets I purchased were not as SeatGeek advertised
I am submitting this complaint regarding SeatGeek's failure to honor my purchase of seven tickets for Reggae on the Rocks featuring Rebelution at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on August 22, 2026.
On June 5, 2026, I purchased seven tickets through SeatGeek for $99.44 per ticket. I completed the purchase in good faith and relied on SeatGeek's confirmation that I had successfully purchased tickets for the advertised event.
After my purchase, SeatGeek informed me that, due to a system error, the tickets I had purchased were actually for a completely different Rebelution concert at a different venue on a different date. SeatGeek acknowledged that my order for the Red Rocks event could not be fulfilled because of its own error.
SeatGeek offered only two options: a full refund if I returned the tickets or a 50% refund if I kept the incorrect tickets for the other concert. I immediately explained that the seller had never transferred any tickets to me, making it impossible to return tickets that I never received. More importantly, the alternative offered by SeatGeek—a discount on tickets for an entirely different event that I never purchased and had no intention of attending—did not address the problem or provide a meaningful remedy.
I requested that SeatGeek honor the original purchase by providing seven comparable tickets for the August 22, 2026, Reggae on the Rocks concert at the agreed purchase price of $99.44 per ticket. By the time SeatGeek acknowledged its error, comparable tickets for the correct event had increased to a minimum of $136 per ticket, when purchasing 7 tickets together. As a result, simply refunding my purchase would leave me responsible for at least $255.92 in additional costs if I wanted to attend the event I had originally contracted to attend.
Despite my request, SeatGeek refused to offer any resolution beyond the two original options: a full refund or a 50% discount on tickets for the unrelated concert. It declined to provide comparable replacement tickets, reimburse the increased cost of obtaining replacement tickets, or offer any other accommodation that would place me in the position I would have been in had it fulfilled the purchase agreement correctly.
The error in this transaction was entirely SeatGeek's. I relied on the accuracy of its listing and confirmation when I made my purchase. I fulfilled my obligations under the agreement, yet SeatGeek failed to deliver the product I purchased. Its proposed resolutions did not compensate me for the loss caused by its admitted system error.
Consumers should be able to rely on the accuracy of listings and confirmations provided by online ticket marketplaces. When a company acknowledges that its own mistake prevented it from fulfilling a confirmed order, limiting the customer to a refund or a discount on an unrelated event is not an adequate remedy. A refund merely returns the money paid; it does not restore the customer to the position they reasonably expected to be in when the purchase was made.
I respectfully requested that SeatGeek provide an appropriate resolution by either supplying seven comparable tickets to the August 22, 2026, Reggae on the Rocks concert at my original purchase price of $99.44 per ticket or reimbursing me for the additional cost required to obtain comparable replacement tickets. I believed that this request was fair because it sought only to place me in the position I would have been in had SeatGeek honored the purchase agreement that I entered into on June 5, 2026. With only these two options available, I chose to get a full refund. I will be purchasing these tickets through another vendor.
The service was good and professional , but the price was very high. Thanks a lot
