There is no actual customer support

There is no actual customer support. Zero predictive pricing for concerts and events. Unwilling to upgrade tickets even when there are hundreds of seats available for less than what I paid.

This has to be the worse company out…

This has to be the worse company out there. I bought tickets through them for a concert 3 weeks before concert. The day of concert my tickets didn’t work and no one from desk was willing to help me at all. I had to then go a buy tickets again through ticket master because the concert was out of state so didn’t want to waste the trip not being able to attend. I called seat geek several times to make it right and never could get any help they would just keep pushing me on to someone else. I’ve tried to dispute claim through my bank and it ended up becoming a failed dispute. When I also Provided proof I have to buy more tickets and that the original tickets would not download. After doing some research I’ve seen many people having issues with this shady company. I would advise everyone to never spend money with this company because eventually this scam you out of your money it’s just a matter of time.

First time using this service and my last time . I paid a lot of money for the tickets and the parking pass, pass never arrived. The customer service is deplorable, they are too cheap to hire US Based help and makes the customer experience awful . I strongly suggest going elsewhere .

It really SUCKs no Handicap…

It really SUCKs that they do not show handicap seating, or offer it, Had to call directly to the location to get accommodation for a wheelchair. Shame on YOU! ! ! !

I bought and paid for aisle seats and…

I bought and paid for aisle seats and they would not honor that. I have been to over 500 concerts and have spend a ton on aftermarket tickets. I have never had such a bad experience. Their sellers must be scammers especially because the rep told me they could not even reach the seller. I got stuck with the tickets I did not buy. I was planning to take my 83 year old dad but because the seats were not the isle I bought, he did not attend. I have never had an issue with Stubhub and I have learned my lesson as this company does not care about its customers and does not do the right thing.

Seat Geek lets you get scammed

SeatGeek knowingly allows the sale of tickets with non-transferrable benefits while denying you access to the original buyer, which is necessary. Shame on you Seat Geek. This practice is reprehensible.

I paid nearly $400 for these tickets…

I paid nearly $400 for these tickets under the assumption that they were fully guaranteed. However, upon entering the stadium, I discovered two other individuals already occupying my assigned seats. They possessed valid tickets on phone showing the exact same tickets. When I brought this to the attention of the stadium staff, they directed me to contact SeatGeek since the purchase was made through a third-party platform. I immediately attempted to resolve the issue using the SeatGeek in-app chat. The representative instructed me to reach out only after the event concluded. Furthermore, I searched for a customer service phone number to speak with someone directly, but no contact number was available. The app support refused to assist me in real-time, my party and I were unable to enjoy the game from the seats we purchased. I did everything in my power to resolve this problem at the venue, but the lack of immediate customer service left us stranded and standing. SeatGeek failed to provide valid tickets and lacked the necessary real-time support to fix the error.
