I signed up to use your facilities in June of this year. It was a very difficult situation personally. I appreciated the staff and their support at a time that I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Fortunately all work out in the best possible ways.
I have used several storage units in the city. Your property is my favorite. Easy in and out, you have parking which is HUGE! Nice office staff and very helpful.
Title: A Gentle Spirit/with genuine customer care. The young lady that I speak to, is very respectful, kind, customer friendly, and patient. Although I can't see her, she seems to wear a smile whether she calls me, or I call her, she is always pleasant.
This is one of the best Storage facilities in Chicago. They really helped me, and make each process very simple. They showed me multiple units, and treated me with great service above and beyond. The whole team of women there are amazing. I had a bad experience there under the previous management, but they switched management a few years back and they have been truly spectacular. The fact that you can use the truck for free when renting a storage from them is wonderful.
Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access, well maintained units.
Staff is always helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Good clean storage spaces w interested available staff; easy access, too.
Perfect location, great staff!
Just sad about the rates increasing so much.
Ciera and Bianca are consummate professionals. They made the moving process so easy. Would recommend this storage facility above any other in the city. A+

Convenient location in Lincoln Park area. Price is reasonable
Overall very good. However could sweep more often and I have experienced issues with the remote code when trying to access the elevator
