When I tried to send money you said that my card was from country that you did not service. It is from Wiscosin that is in the United States. But yet you were able to send my money to people that I did not know who they are. When I filed a complaint you said that I authorized it. Recently you TOOK $100 OFF MY card and sent to someone I have no idea who you said tough stuff it has been paid out nothing we can do about it. Than you took $2.00 off my card and sent it do someone. When I called to complain I got the run around from your rep. I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told she was on a phone call and would call me. Guess what that NEVER HAPPENED. THe way I look at it you owe me $142.00. Which i will probably never see. THANKS TO YOY MY FIANCE DID NOT GET TO COME HOME

Your exchange rates not proportional to market value …

Your rates back home for the recipients should be a little more proportionate with what the actual market exchange rate is. I understand the exchange rate for the dollar in Gambia is not proportional. This is my only complaint but other than that I like your service.
