almost a month and they still reviewing my ID the idt. you click on the message box and say the same come back later we are reviewing your ID even though long ago they did and took selfie, right, left , straight and got account confirmation verified, called 100X and they know nothing and its at the back office, took lots of screenshot but just want everyone knows God help you if you get in the situation like this, last year they decline my transfer and this year they did as well after 11 days and still not verified my ID and did everything possible to do it, no link on the app, no instruction only to call customer service who cant do anything only to say will forward your concern with no f resort. what bd
