I was angry as a bug they had on listing made me deposit money I wouldn't have anyways on this website, but I have used it a bit more to sell stuff and it works very well.
There is many tweaks that I can see being added, but for now, site works well.

To begin, I deposited to buy a knife. I've recently added steam mobile authenticator but I thought, since I only want to withdraw there shouldn't be any problems.
When I try to add my tradelink it says I cannot withdraw skins for 14 days.
I go ahead and contact support and ask them nicely to either, refund me or send me the skin that I want and remove the balance.
The answer I get is "you can request a refund"
I request one and two days later still no answer, (replies before took around 10 hours) so I suppose I was being ignored now...

To sum up my story, 1 month in the works. I won a crazy skin on hellcase, and after waiting over a week i sold the skin bc hellcase wouldnt send it to me. Then Hellcase tells me i have to extract my money through shadowpay. So i set shadowpay up, get the extension, and do the steam gaurd instructions and waited 2 weeks! Now shadowpay says i cant retreive my money because i sold the skin on hellcase instead of through them. dont use hellcase or shadowpay, you'll never get your money. I had 227 dollars sent of hellcase to shadowpay and now (after hellcase got an extra cut) apparently i just dont get my money at all.

This is done so that you can sell the skin on the hellcase.com and buy what you like best on our marketplace - shadowpay.com.
If you want to send this money to your bank account or cryptocurrency, you should have read our rules first: you can only withdraw money from the sale of items.

Very high fees when withdrawal, the page just says the fees can go since 1.50$ to 1270, but... how much will the page retain for it? That's a lottery. Ask for it and you will not receive an answer.
I withdrawed around 10 times and all of it I have lost around 10% of my money (+5% of the shadowpay sell fee (total 15% or more)).
The idea of the method is good but I feel they are playing with our money for its benefit

We don't have such commission values - «$ 1.50 to 1270».
We take 5% from selling items from the marketplace or 15% from selling items via trade form, and 5% on each payout
Deposited and withdrew a $8 CSGO skin, then deposited $50 USD worth of ETH, my balance only goes up to $36.98 and all the support says "Your balance is correct" I have all the screenshots, transcation hashtags and everything!

the site is legit BUT if you have a new item you cant list it on the site because it will have price 0. in my case was a factory new knife rank 2/2 and the price could be high but they would not even give it a 100$ price so i can list it, but for minimal wear they had 500$ price.... the extension is HORROR, you must install it and uninstal it dozen of times before working properly, but not for too long....

Seems to be a legit site in the sense that SOME of your transactions actually go through and SOME trades happen. The deposit feature however is a scam, DO NOT DEPOSIT USING CARDS, they charged me 8x on payments that were never credited to my account and support refuses to respond. Another Gambling Haven SCAM. -will remove if resolved
