Account was compromised, customer service takes days to respond and when they finally did it was to the ones who hacked my account and they transfered my funds to his other account. Customer service and security on this site are they worst I've ever seen and dealt with.

Hello,
We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you have faced.
Kindly ask you to contact our support department via: https://support.shadowpay.com/en
probably the best site I know for selling skins, but there are big problems with withdrawing money. The withdrawal option appears once every few months / weeks and is only available for a few days, then it is unavailable again.
So just to get this straight i got a item on hellcase and sold it, i then transferred the money to shadow pay and i cant just get it to my card. So do i have to use the money to buy an item on shadow pay to then get it out, or is it stuck please help ASAP

Hello,
Sending money to our site is voluntary.
This is done so that you can sell the skin on the hellcase.com and buy what you like best on our marketplace - shadowpay.com.
If you want to send this money to your bank account or cryptocurrency, you should have read our rules first: you can only withdraw money from the sale of items.
As regards the inability to withdraw the funds that have just been deposited, please note that these are Anti-Money Laundering measures we are obliged by law to enable.
Yes it is in your ToS, Shadow pay get a %5 withdraw fee for cryptocurrencies , the point i don't understand why i pay extra %1 fee to service provider when shadowpay should already cover the fee with the fee shadowpay get from users(Withdraw fee)
------It is a nice platform for sell skins, %5 commission fee, it is okay %5 withdraw fee and then they don't describe the sending crypto fee or exchange crypto fee. You also cover them yourself besides all other fees. The selling experience is good but fees are a bit more than normal in my opinion...

still i can't withdraw money to my credit card on shadowpay (cause it is not available in Turkey for "now") but withdrawing with crypto isn't bad way to doing it

Dear user,
Looks like your country was temporarily excluded from the payment service provider's list due to a high fraud activity there
At the moment we advise using crypto or the other websites' withdrawal option. We will keep in touch with the payment service provider to be always aware whether there is some new information.
We do not want to keep you waiting, so it is better if you try to use the crypto withdrawal option.
Hello,
We are working to add withdrawals to the MasterCard as soon as possible. But it depends not only on us but also on the payment system. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
I have been trying to withdraw money for 2 months and my transaction has been constantly rejected. Now I think this problem is about the site, not the bank, and it makes me nervous. Problems with withdrawals to credit cards should be resolved as soon as possible.
I keep getting this error : ''Your payment has been declined. Please check your details and try again, or contact support.''
