Yes it is in your ToS, Shadow pay get a %5 withdraw fee for cryptocurrencies , the point i don't understand why i pay extra %1 fee to service provider when shadowpay should already cover the fee with the fee shadowpay get from users(Withdraw fee) ------It is a nice platform for sell skins, %5 commission fee, it is okay %5 withdraw fee and then they don't describe the sending crypto fee or exchange crypto fee. You also cover them yourself besides all other fees. The selling experience is good but fees are a bit more than normal in my opinion...
