I transferred cryptocurrencies (ETH) to the indicated wallet address, there was no information anywhere through which network to make the transfer, I chose the cheapest option because I was in no hurry. The funds did not appear on the profile for two days, so I decided to contact support. I described the situation and got information that their wallet does not support this network and the funds were lost. I contacted Binance about this and received information that only the wallet that received the funds (ShadowPay) can ask the selected network to withdraw funds to the sender, i.e. me. was looking for a site to consistently buy cases and other investment-related stuff, shadowpay gave me good prices, fast delivery and no problem with topping-up ( I'm using crypto ). The only problem is you can't buy items in bulk and trade offers arriving only for 1 item at the time although I've bought multiple of the same item
There weren't any problems with the site except for when you try to buy an item, it disappears, which can be very annoying. Although I wish it were easier to find promo codes, when you deposit, everything was fine.
No real serious problems, however the site runs terribly sometimes. Shopping cart getting empty for no reason, prices change the moment you add something to the cart, and before buying anything you have to confirm an email, which wouldnt be a problem if the emails werent sent hours later with already expired links :|

Good site for selling skins. I have sold there more than once. The money on the bank card always arrived within an hour of the withdrawal. Buyers give a large percentage for skins. I was quite surprised by the experience of using this site.
Good prices, a variety of choices, easy to purchase items, convenient selling utilities & an intuitive and detailed UI, great for exploring the market.
If a trade gets cancelled, you immediately get refunded on your items or money, nothing shady there.
Haven't tried withdrawing funds thus far, so no opinion on that aspect, although I've read some good reviews about it.
Overall, I can only recommend using the platform based on my experience as of writing this review. If anything changes, I'll make sure to update it as well.

Figured i'd try shadowpay out since the other site i checked didn't have the cs skin i was looking for. got the money on to shadowpay and within 10 mins i had the skin in my inventory. was super quick and i'm working on getting another one right now :)
I have been trying to withdraw my money from sold skins for a week now and everytime I try to withdraw it keeps popping up internal error. Do not use this site to sell skins, withdraw money. If my issue gets resolved i will remove this review, but for now know that shadowpay is just like the other scamming websites

If you see a good offer on that website, NEVER USE IT!
I specifically added the balance to purchase an AWP Asiimov which was listed on shadowpay for 225.92 USD.
After waiting for 10 Minutes to confirm the trade, the seller cancelled the trade and I did not receive anything and now I am stuck with the balance.
So you see a good offer and add a balance, you never get your item, they do not offer refunds and if I say that the customer support is terrible, that would be a compliment.
Terrible responses and response time from the support, I explained the whole situation and the answer I received was " as far as I can see, the money is in your balance,sir", which is horrendous.
I asked for escalation to a manager and did not receive a response for 4 days. So I ended up looking for another item for a week and I finally found the best offer for the balance I had and I lost over 30 USD and 7 days of searching for a reasonably priced item.
NEVER EVER use this website and stay away, if there was a negative review I would leave a -5 stars

I've had an issue with balance refunding and it took weeks to get it resolved which it did.
I gave 4 stars because the aforementioned was lengthy and the site didn't have many interesting items to buy but I'm sure that'll change in the future.
Also, if the item's order is expired, it shouldn't be possible to add it to cart so the less intelligence people like me who failed to notice it was expired cannot try to make a purchase on a non-existence item and have their balance stuck on the site.
