- Decent Marketplace for buying & selling, though payout fee (withdraw fee) is a bit high, this combines with sell fee raise the price of items on Shadowpay higher compares to other marketplaces. However you can still grab great deals up there. - Buying & Selling Experience is really easy, however, one problem is seller's inactivity - they don't respond when you buy their items and your money is frozen for 15 mins. The penalty is not enough to reduce these activities and it is a bit unpleasant. - I really like their extensions which can automate creating trades for your sales, without forcing you to sign-in with username & password like using buff163. Though I always make a double check in prevention of any API scam attempts. - They should also figure out a way for users to sell using their smartphone, currently it is mandatory to open your browser and turn on extensions in order to sell -> this could also explain why the number of unsuccessful purchase attempt on Shadowpay is quite substantial. - History price of items seems unreliable and confusing, quite often I list the items that lower than the minimum sale history but never got sold. This is the part that I want them to improve the most. - The UI looks nice, experience overall is ok but I hope they can reduce latency even lower because it still feel kinda laggy. One approach is paginate the market, separate into multiple pages instead of loading new ones when scrolling down. - Giveaway part is amazing (be careful with crypto deposit since its variety may result in insufficient deposit to join), I won twice and really happy with that. And I was the one who won their first giveaway ! Damn that was awesome ! - Server sometimes down or lag, but it's ok, consider they're really new to the market. In conclusion, this is definitely a Marketplace worth trying out. This review is no bias or got paid or anything, just my experience trading on the site for more than a year. Very reliable marketplace. Withdrawing balance isnt an issue, and in my experience the process doesn't ever take longer than a week even via PayPal. Items you put on the marketplace are sold nearly insantly thanks to the amount of people already on the site. Support is swift with answers to virtually any question. Fake listings with bait prices
Had to deposit 5+ times in order to purchase a skin and when all the money was deposited, the skin was not purchaseable. I then deposited more to buy something else, but the same errors kept coming up for all the good deals, even though they were still shown on the site. I eventually tried one that was more expensive than on other sites just to see if it would work, and ofcourse it did. Seems like all their good deals are fake offers made to entise people to deposit, because when you do, you HAVE to buy something, even if what you wanted is no longer available. This seems to be a common occurance too, search this place on reddit and youll see countless of other people who have experienced the same thing. Steer clear.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience , at first i was afraid to deposit skins because i have had bad experiences with skins and got scammed before , but shadowpay is great and easy to proceed. Their online support is the best, i sold an expensive knife for 5 minutes and the day after the money got in my bank account . Fast, safe and low commissions. Would recommend 10/10.
I had a pretty difficult issue but...
I had a terrible situation with the platform resulting in my account loosing 345$ for a counter-strike sticker (Flipside tactics holo). After raising a ticket to support and their investigation it turned out that the platform did actually their job correctly and it was the other platform mistake (i did buy same item on two platform simultaneously resulting in both platform thinking deal was done correctly). Previously I posted 1-star review thinking they just don't want to admit a bug and fix their platform, so I was wrong, their support is helpful.

I really couldn't complain, the prices are insanely cheap, and I got my items almost instantly. The only issue I have though is that I couldn't withdraw the balance that I got in there from hellcase, but that's whatever. At least I got a karambit now

CAREFUL SCAM!
CAREFUL SCAM! I got a balance of 20,59$ which is not the amount I paid. I specifically tried to top up the balance to 21,23$ (+ fees) to get a specific item. They SCAMMED me for the difference of my paid amount. Yes my balance should have been 21,23 after fees, I know about the 3% site commission but also hab a 3% top up bonus code which was accepted back then. I have reported this as fraudulent activity to my bank and zen (payment site) for chargeback.
