What people say
Woo Gallery plugin is the best
It’s worth every penny and all the appreciation for the ShapedPlugin team. The product page looks amazing now. Some configuration issues were handled rapidly through their live chat before I even upgraded to the Pro version. Thanks, you guys are the best! It's a must-have for performance, the product page speed has improved significantly, with LCP reduced by 40%."

Smart Post Show - Excellent plugin and support!
The free version of "Smart Post Show" plugin already offers a solid set of features (without “tricking” you into a mandatory upgrade)... but for my needs, upgrading to Pro version was worth it. What really stood out, though, was the support from the plugin authors. I was hoping for a specific feature, and they went above and beyond by implementing a custom JavaScript fix tailored exactly for what I needed. That level of support is rare for an "off the shelf" plugin—and is the reason I’m taking the time to write this review.
Top quality support

Outstanding Support and Customer Dedication
I had a very positive experience with ShapedPlugin and their support team. I needed a specific functionality that was not available in the default version of the plugin. Even though they couldn’t confirm whether it would be included in a future update, they kindly offered to prepare a customized version for me. Within the promised timeframe, they shared a modified version that solved my issue exactly as I requested. The most impressive part was their willingness to create a special version just to ensure one customer’s satisfaction. That level of dedication and professionalism is rare. The customized solution works perfectly on my website, and I can now use the plugin smoothly without any problems. Their communication was clear, polite, and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended — not only for the quality of the plugin, but especially for their outstanding customer support.
Very supportive on my questions
Good customer service
I have Carousel Pro for WP installed and working without problems for a long time. It worked like a charm until few days ago due a problem with license activation. Raised a ticket and in a very short time they sent me easy instructions to solve it. And it works again like a charm! Thank you and keep up the good work!
WP Carousel Pro - Great plugin and even better team
In addition to resolving all questions and issues in less than 24 hours, I made a mistake when renewing my annual subscription and they refunded me the amount without any problems. Without a doubt, the best carousel plugin and the best team.

Recently, I contacted support with a question about customizing a template file. Aminul was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked with me to find the solution my client was looking for. Thank you!
